Thai Table Massage – Side Lying. Date TBC. Pay in Full
Side Lying is beneficial for opening up the body, mobilising shoulders and hips, increasing breathing capacity through encouraging expansion and movement within the diaphragm and ribs. It will allow you to work with clients who are restricted in their movement range and for those unable to lie in prone. Some of these techniques can also be used within pregnancy treatments.

Swedish Fundamentals.

On this workshop you will learn the principals of Swedish Holistic Massage. You will gain the skills to give a full body treatment, with focus on the back, neck and shoulders. You will be giving & receiving in a safe & supportive environment. This course is suitable as an introduction to massage or to learn skills to share at home.

An energising spring cleaning workshop. Beginning the morning in meditation leading into a partner yoga warm up. You will learn techniques of Thai Yoga Massage, as you give & receive in a supportive environment. At the end of the day you will have learnt techniques to share with family & friends. Or just enjoy the morning for a recharge and spring cleanse.
